This is a healthier take on a classic recipe, par cooked potato cubes, bathed in herbs and olive oil then cooked in the air fryer to create the classic home fries we love, without the fat

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Potatoes

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 1 Tbsp Garlic powder

  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil

Directions

  • Peel, remove blemishes, Cut into small cubes, about 1”, Boil 5 minutes
  • Drain put in a bowl, mix with salt pepper garlic powder and olive oil mix well
  • Put as a Single layer in air fryer basket
  • Cook15 minutes at 400 mix, cook another15 minutes at 400
  • Serve and enjoy
